12. Account Termination

12.1. Termination by User

You may request closure of your 3jld Casino account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees and subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances at the Company's sole discretion.
